Tariff

A 10% discount will be applied to any week ( excluding April & October ) which is booked and a deposit of £80 paid by 31 March latest.

All bookings are subject to an £80 deposit per week booked.

PLEASE NOTE the above discounts only apply where bookings are made direct with the owners and NOT through any tourist board booking centre.

Booking Conditions

1 All bookings must be accompanied by a non returnable deposit of £ 80 ( per weekly let ). Payment must be received within 5 days of making a email/telephone booking. On receipt of the deposit amount we will provide you with written confirmation of the booking.

2 The balance must be paid not later than 60 days before the commencement date of the let.

3 If the booking is made less than 60 days before the date of the let then the full price must be paid at the time of booking.

4 Should you decide to cancel the booking then the cancellation fees are as follows: · more than 60 days before the date of the let - loss of deposit only. · more than 30 days before the date of the let - loss of deposit and 50 % of the · remaining balance. · 30 days or less - loss of the total cost of the let ( 100% ).

5 Should you decide to change the dates of the let subsequent to making any payment then a £ 10 administration fee will apply for each such change.

Client Information

Car parking arrangements. Off road parking is available at each property.

The properties are all exclusively non smoking and no pets. ( sorry no exceptions )

Supermarket & Post Office. Tesco Supermarket ( which includes Post Office ) is situated less than one mile from our properties.

Ferries, trains and buses.All terminals are situated close to each other near the town centre , approx 0.5 mile from our properties.For guests arriving by public transport we provide free collection by car.Prior arrangement necessary.

Water and Power supply. All of our properties are serviced by public water and electricity supply system.

Bed linen, towels and electricity supply. There is no extra charge for these services.
Client welcome arrangements. Clients will be met in Oban on arrival ( by prior arrangement ) and personally taken to their holiday property where the owners will explain the facilities and answer any questions which you may have. A key to the property will be issued at this point.
The property may be accessed any time after 4pm on the date of arrival.
The property must be vacated by 10am latest on the day of departure.

Winter Lets

Each of our properties is available to lease rent between late October and March.
Minimum let 3 months
Details regarding rental charges, security deposit and employment references on application.
